Guests are required to arrive to the Utopia Ticket Office 30 minutes before the beginning of the tour.
Utopia Catamaran itinerary and snorkelling locations may vary depending on the weather conditions. The weather conditions include currents, wind, waves, rain and more and our trusted captains may need to adjust the cruise route as required – guest safety and experience is always our top priority.
Our captain always assesses the local and upcoming weather conditions, and cruises will only proceed if we believe it is safe for our guests. In the rare event that a cruise must be cancelled due to unsafe weather or unscheduled maintenance, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.
To secure your spot on our cruise, full payment is required in advance. If you wish to cancel after making payment, you may do so with a full refund provided that your cancellation request is received and acknowledged at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure for a shared cruise, or at least 7 days before the scheduled departure for a private cruise. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Please note that no refunds can be provided for cancellations requested outside of these timeframes, regardless of the reason.
