Utopia Cancellation Policies
Utopia Catamaran itinerary and snorkelling locations may vary depending on the Gili Islands weather conditions and guest preferences. The Gili Islands weather conditions include currents, wind, waves, rain and more and our trusted captains may need to defer the cruise route as required – guest safety and experience is always our top priority.
We aim to provide Utopia Catamaran cruises every day, however there are some instances when we may need to cancel the cruise.
Weather Cancellation
Our captain will always assess the local and upcoming weather conditions and we will only continue with the cruise if we believe it is safe for our guests. In the event that we do need to cancel a cruise due to weather conditions, we will contact the guest as soon as possible to change the date/time of their booking or offer a full refund. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
Maintenance Cancellation
Utopia Catamaran undergoes regular scheduled maintenance to ensure the catamaran remains safe and is running properly. In the event of the catamaran requiring unscheduled maintenance, we will need to cancel the cruises for this period of time. We will contact the guest as soon as possible to change the date/time of their booking or offer a full refund. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
Guest Cancellation
To secure a spot on our cruise, guests must pay in full in advance. In the event that the guest requests to cancel after payment for any reason, they may do so as long as the request is received and acknowledged at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cruise and a full refund can be offered. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Refunds cannot be provided if the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the cruise for any reason.
Early Bird Promotion - 10% Discount
Our Early Bird Promotion is available to guests who book and pay in advance at least 30 days prior to the cruise date, for cruises taken before 30 June 2024. The discount applies to full priced tickets only (from 1,600,000 IDR per person to 1,440,000 IDR per person). Payment must be received within 24 hours of the booking.
